Virginia Museum announces important Picasso exhibition

The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts announced (the September 28th 2010) that the most important exhibition in its history will be present from February 19th through May 15th in 2011. This event is co-organized by the Musée National Picasso and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition will be at the Virginia Museum in Richmond (U-S-A). Tickets are available now. It will be a monumental exhibition of Picasso's works. Picasso was a cubist artist (painting, drawing, and sculptor). 176 Picasso's works will be in  Richmond. It will be an opportunity for some people to go there to see all the works of this famous artist since his young age until his death. A lot of people consider Picasso like an influential, innovative and creative painter of the 20th century. This exhibition will tell the story about the development of the artist's career, his artistic inspirations and his impact on modern art. People are going to see the Picasso's personal collection. Also, they will see what the artist used to do his works (pencil, watercolours, charcoal, drawings in pastel, etc...) It will be a great event.
